Erin is a co-founder of The Growing Tree Institute LLC. Growing up with a brother on the Autism Spectrum gave Erin an insight that made her want to help others, and helped her understand more of what families struggle with having children on the Autism Spectrum. Erin began her work with children with disabilities back in 2010. She began in the field as an ABA therapist, and her passion and love of children with Autism led her to obtaining her Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Erin brings a positive attitude and a special understanding to The Growing Tree Institute LLC. Her ultimate goal is to better the lives of children and adults on the Autism Spectrum and help them succeed in every way possible.
Jackie is a co-founder of The Growing Tree Institute LLC. As a mother of two children on the Autism Spectrum, Jackie had been on the client side of services for many years but always felt she wanted to do more. After completing an internship at an Autism Center for her Masters in Clinical Mental Health, Jackie debated on what to do next. and dreamed of one day helping families like hers more. She has always felt that while Applied Behavior Analysis style Therapy is important, feeling like more than just another family during services should also be emphasized. Jackie manages the office, but has a vast knowledge of advocacy and is willing to help our parents in many other ways as well. She firmly believes the families here come first because true success lies within the family support.
